Or, and this is my favorite, has ad agencies say, &quot;oh, yes we did strategy&quot;, but really they just copied the campaign from their previous client or asked the Creatives in the room to come up with something cool.

Really advertising/PR in general won&#039;t see much of strategy until America hires more Account/Strategic Planners instead of skimping.</description>
